서울 종로 한복판에서 마주한 최고의 전통예술. 무대의 조명, 음악, 배우들의 움직임 하나하나가 따뜻하고 아늑해서, 보는 내내 감정이 차오르더라고요. 특히 전통과 현대가 자연스럽게 녹아든 연출이 너무 인상 깊었어요. 이건 단순히 ‘공연을 본다’는 느낌이 아니라, 시간을 건너 내 안의 기억을 만나는 경험 같았어요. 우리 아빠나 외국인 친구가 한국에 온다면 이 공연은 꼭 보여드리고 싶어요. 한국의 정서, 예술, 그리고 감동이 모두 담긴 무대였습니다.

Great cultural experience, both tourists and foreign residents should experience it here. I love historical or Joseon inspired kdramas, so I’m naturally interested in Korean traditional outfits/hanboks, interiors, music instruments and its cultural events, I found all of that in this performance. Perfomers and staff are kind and gave English annotations both in sounds between songs and brochures they give you before entrance. You are not allowed to record through performance but you can take silent photos and after end take group photo so the performers. I would like to come again, since I feel calm and refreshed after listening to Korean traditional music! It is also located in Insadong - the cultural centre of Korea, so you can do many artistic activities or shopping after it.

Marvellous and teaching experience with Korean music. The artist was incredible and talented. Both played perfectly and singing songs beautiful. We were really satisfied.

I recently attended the jinyeon performance, and it was a truly memorable experience. The musicians, each with over 10 years of experience, performed both Traditional Korean music and popular songs using traditional instruments. One of the most moving moments was when they played Arirang (아리랑) — it was beautiful and full of emotion. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the performance felt carefully crafted to showcase Korea’s musical heritage. I would highly recommend this live performance to anyone visiting Seoul, especially international tourists, who want to experience authentic Korean culture through music.

Eine kleine, liebevoll eingerichtete Bühne und zwei sehr talentierte Musikerinnen. Einfühlsam, aber auch stimmgewaltig. Sehr beeindruckend, sehr empfehlenswert.

Performance is very good , the traditional Korean culture is embedded in the performance, I specially like the singer playing the instrument in the same time , and the song expressing very strong emotions , it is amazing and wonderful, I would suggest if traveling in Korea, spend one hour to join it , feel it .

If you’re into traditional Korean instruments and music, you need to add this to your list of things to see in Seoul! And if you’re into performing arts, this is a must do! Both performers showed great skill in their craft, delivering a performance that was smooth and refined while capturing both beauty and turmoil of the Korean Peninsula’s history. The singing was powerful, dynamic with range and control. The venue presentation was outstanding. Highly recommend this experience!
